The location was perfect, not too far from attractions. The staff were nice and helpful especially Mohand. The problem with our room was the drain of our bathroom sink. It was clogged for 2 days out of 3 days that we were there.

It’s a solid cheap option. This is a 15/20 min drive away from all the attractions. May not sound like much but you’ll spend money on Ubers to a from. I recommend staying a bit closer to central Paris, not much to do in this area. Staff are friendly and helpful but I had to drop my bags off before I checked in, and there is no locked closet. They just leave them next to the desk which I wasn’t super comfortable with.

Wonderful find. Centrally located
Highly recommend this lovely hotel in Pigalle, Paris. Everyone I encountered was so helpful. My room was a comfort superieux with views of the pedestrian area outside. Immaculately clean bathroom and bedroom. With a hairdryer and toiletries. The room has a mini fridge and 2 x 500ml or still water are provided. The only downside is the instant coffee in the room. But with such a choice of cafés it doesn’t matter.

Nice hotel in the Montmartre area within walking distance to Pigalle station. Staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice quiet establishment where we could rest after a busy day. It had a gated front area which was nice as the kids could play out there to expend some energy in the evening within view. There were a lot of restaurant options and bakeries within walking distance.

The property is nicely located with a few hundred meters walk from multiple metro stations. Getting around anywhere in Paris was a breeze. While the area around Pigalle station didn't feel quite safe the area around the St Georges station felt quite safe. There were tons of eateries, with many English speaking places and some gluten free options too. We stayed on the ground floor with absolutely no views. This was the biggest downside.

This hotel was an absolute gem and we loved our stay here. It is down a gated street so we felt safe and it was quiet, but there are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants really close by. There are several metro stations within a 10-15 min walk making travel around the city really easy. It’s also well placed to walk to Montmartre and Sacre Cœur in around 15-20 mins, and the Louvre in about 30 mins. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly. The rooms (we had superior doubles) were bright, clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief in the heat! Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good value. We were really pleased we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It's a quiet hotel and the breakfast is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are very small and the bathrooms are tiny. There isn't a lot of room to put down your luggage but if you need a place to crash and don't care about a lot of room, I would recommend this place.

They made a free coffee on arrival and lent an umbrella in the rain. They couldn't have been nicer. The property was safe and secure and quiet and so convenient for everything.

Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel courtyard and reception area kept clean with umbrellas available for the wet weather. Room was compact and had a view of a wall (room 34, floor 3) however this didn’t bother us as we were there simply to put our head down and have a shower. We were out early and back late to get as much sightseeing done. Room and shower room were cleaned every day and towels changed daily if required. Breakfast was on offer, however we didn’t opt for this, instead taking ourselves of to Macdonalds (opens at 9am) each morning, which was only a 10 minute walk as was the Moulin Rouge which was nearby. Sacre Ceour is a good half hour walk only because there is a steep hill to it, there is a tram that can take you up. Pigalle metro is also 10 minute walk. Our overall stay was enjoyable and would definitely use this hotel again if we were to return back to Paris.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Great location in Pigalle (a much nicer neighbourhood than it used to be). Close enough to walk to some attractions or easily hop on the metro. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located in the center of the 9th arr. close to shopping and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance and the subway is two blocks away. Rooms are very small and a little outdated. At check-in, I was given a room in the 6th floor with no internet and I had requested that previous to arrival. The hotel advertises free internet in every room and I was informed the internet does not reach floors 5 and 6. Staff was very diligent and I was accommodated in a different room the next day. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel since there were many other options around. Hot water, heater and A/C worked perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The concierge staff were fabulous and welcoming. The hotel is set off a road behind some gates and felt really secure. It was quiet and the room had all we needed. The only ‘even better if’ would be greater diligence of housekeeping. We had to ask at reception for toilet rolls and teabags/creamers which weren’t replaced as needed. Apart from that a great place to stay and we would return there!

It was a few minutes walking distance from Moulin Rouge and around 10-15 walking to Sacre Coeur. Despite the lively neighborhood and the many bars and restaurants (an atmosphere which is amazing!) the hotel was on a very quiet street. I would always stay there again as we loved the vibe of the area and the friendliness of hotel staff however I can see where plus-sized travelers struggle with the bathroom layout. Everything is a little tight in Paris and this hotel is no exception.

I enjoy my time during the entire stay. I extended a night and end up extending another night after again. We had the room with the jacuzzi and enjoy it a lot. Nothing to complain about. I will recommend to consider this place for sure. I will for sure be staying here again in future.
