It was part of a package so we didnt actually pick it. For the value, it was fine. Yes, it has a/c but you can not control it. We tried to sleep with window open most nights but traffic noice was loud at times. If youre looking for more local feel, this is good. If you want the tourist hustle, maybe not here. Staff was very friendly.

room was nice with great shower, comfortable bed, and it was nice to be left alone to come and go as you please. Metro and supermarket just round the corner, and lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

The room was excellent, and the bed was very comfy. The view was very nice. The bathroom was so nice. Large sink, large bathtub and a great shower. Everything is clean, and the staff is lovely and helpful. I will absolutely stay there again. It´s ideally situated in the centre. The breakfast was a bit heavy on the dairy and bread. I would have liked a vegan option for the milk (almond or oat milk, for instance) so I could have had milk in my coffee. Also, maybe fresh fruit or poached and fried eggs.

Conveniently located across Metro station and Carrefour for light groceries. The room had a slight smell though when we entered and it lingered throughout our stay. Overall the room service was pretty great and the staff were very polite.

Incredible stay with amazing concierges. The location is the best part with many nearby restaurants, bakeries, and more. It was also very easy getting all over Paris from here as there are many bus stops and train stations nearby, super convenient.

This was a good option for expensive Paris. I founds this hotel reasonably priced and very convenient. An extra bonus was that the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I would have no qualms in highly recommending this hotel to others.

Charged from mini bar - beware
The hotel itself is in a great area, busy and close to subways and shops. The beds were very hard. However, got home and have been charged something from the mini bar which we 100% didn’t use so that leaves me with no trust in them. The staff were very friendly. Had it not been the wrong charges that rating would be much higher. But someone is lying saying we used the mini bar - we have travelled the world and never used a single mini bar item in decades.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the metro and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. There is also a laundromat within walking distance.

It is a renovated hotel and it is very nice. The front desk personal was very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to a Metro and very ethnic food choices. Being close to a busy street, there is a fair amount of traffic noise, even during the night. Be ready with your ear pluggs.

Spiffy, updated room
Clean, attractive hotel in a neighborhood just a little outside the main tourist areas of Paris (but steps away from a Metro station that takes you right there). Only caveat was that there was loud construction right below our window. Not the hotel’s fault. We were ok with being woken up a little early, but if you want to sleep in, beware.

This property was close to the metro, so easy to get around to all the major sights in Paris. The room was small but all you need. They provided toiletries but not conditioner. The bed was comfortable enough for our 5 night stay. The air conditioner stopped working effectively for the last 2 nights but it was quiet enough outside to sleep with the window open. Overall would come back, highlight was the location!

The hotel was great but the service from the front desk staff can be improved. My partner and I both speak fluent French and two different members of the staff kept talking to us in English. Wasn't the best first impression we had of the city.

Small but comfortable
Small room however still comfortable and clean with everything you need. Location is far from Eiffel Tower and main city centre however still in a great area close to food and close to metro stops. Our window opened out into a tiny courtyard where garbage is stored which was a bit disappointing - we thought we would have a room with a window onto the street but possibly this costs more

Location is good but rooms are very tiny with very little space, shower area is very slippery.Please make sure to lock all of ur stuff before leaving the room , high chances of ur stuff being stolen , some of my stuff is missing from my bags.

Dear clientwe don't understand how you can say such a thing.the staff in the hotel is working with us 15 years.nothing has be stolen in the hotel.it's not not because you loose stuff outside that you have to blame the hotel and hopping a compensation.not very honest of you.therefore you didn't complain to the front desk , very strange attitude.

My wife and i's first stay in athens. What a lovely apartment it was with beautiful unique original artwork and an eclectic decor. The patio is well shaded and surrounded by vegetation. Although the streets are lively on the weekends it gets very quiet around 11:00 or midnight. The bed was delightful and we barely had any need for air conditioning. The area is fantastic for walking and you can find a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The Wi-Fi was more than adequate, and they even have laundry facilities. For the price it's really hard to beat. And Old hippie types. Staff was wonderful and answered all our questions and took care of all our needs almost like having a concierge. We highly recommend a stay here!
