Quiet, no frills, and safe stay in Paris
Very quiet street. Though somewhat removed from vibrance of the city. A short walk to a main street to the left though and you'll find cafes, shops, coffee, atm, market. Hotel room is spacious, great wifi, lovely view from a balcony, and there are a couple of pubs very close to hotel but mostly for locals. Front desk very helpful and friendly and are happy to help with any request or need.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very small and simple but we didn’t spend much time there since we were out exploring the city, but it was comfortable and clean. Basic but lovely hotel.

The hotel had no room safe. No screens on the windows. No air conditioning. It was 107 degrees at the time in Paris . Room was street level and you could see in room . Open windows. Street level no safe. No air conditioning and no fan

Solo traveler in Paris
Small and basic hotel in the Port Royal district. Solo male traveler so hotel was fine for me,not looking for anything other than a clean room and decent location.Room on fourth floor was small,with a very small shower/bathroom.clean and serviced every day.No welcome info etc.10 min walk from Port Royal station in the hospital district,not over noisey.Easy walk to Montpasse district,which is livelier and similar to Luxembourg district.Walk to Notre Dam was half hour.Station is close to Open hop on/off bus stop .Overall hotel served it purpose for my 3 day stay but only just.

A good place for business trip
Centrally located for the university area in the 5th with great connection to airport through port royal. They seem to have recently painted and it was relatively comfortable. They were still doing some work so was a bit noisy but not too bad. The bathroom was tiny although the room itself was quite good sized.

Small hotel, needs improvement
Paris itself is beautiful, on foot though the hotel is a good 30-90 mins to the main attractions. There is a metro station 10 mins walk away that is well priced. The hotel rooms were tiny and as it is very close to numerous hospitals it is extremely noisy at night. This is even more of an issue as there is no air conditioning so you must have the windows open at night. I didn’t get 1 good nights sleep.

Great price and location
This hotel is in a great location. Our room and bathroom were very small but very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. I did not appreciate the rubber sheet on the mattress.

Had two different rooms, triple first night double the next two. Rooms /bathrooms suitable enough. Beds reasonable, sheets clean but blankets seemed less so. Overall rooms are a bit tired in decor and some stains on carpets and walls. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location was very good, bus right out front and less than 5 mins to RER.

Cheap hotel in good area
If you're young and on a budget like me, this hotel is perfect. It's in a great location and staff is super helpful. Although it's definitely not the cleanest most fancy place I've stayed, it did it's job which was giving me a place to sleep (which was not a lot considering I was out and about all day and night).

Acceptable place. Nothing to write home about. Bathroom and linens very clean, rest of room left a bit to be desired. Poor lighting, not even a full length mirror. Breaksfast, which you pay for, is awful. In this, the capital ofthe baguette, the bread was hard and old, best to go out and find yourself a café for half the money! Neighborhood is awesome, close to everything. Staff was wonderful. All in all it was good for a two star, but could be better.

We had a two days stay. The room was very tiy and rather old. The bed was also small. But very clean and frienly staff. There is also the problem of street noise which does not let you to open the window. Hope it is not warm when you are going to stay there.
