It is not a 4star hotel in any way! Location is good and that’s it. We were supposed to get an upgrade since we are VIP Expedia and it was denuded saying it’s fully booked. However I searched online there were rooms available. It’s old not so clean so I believe you can find a better hotel. Disappointed

Awesome Paris Hotel
Fantastic hotel! Awesome location, great character, super friendly and helpful staff, and great value & variety breakfast buffet. We had 2 kids under 12 who ate free. We had 2 adjoining rooms which was great to allow the kids to go to bed earlier than us. Also, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks) and a bottle of wine & chocolates in the room to welcome us. Oh and a free snack bar in the common area every afternoon! Really couldn’t fault this place. Would definitely come again!

We stayed two nights in Paris and this was perfect in every way. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful—booking cabs, providing refreshments, and they allow you to use the services of their family of hotels across the city when you are out and about. Located about a 15 minute walk from Louvre, we WILL stay here again!

Loved the breakfast and the afternoon teas. Also loved that these services were available at all the sister hotels throughout the city. It was great to be able to stop in at a sister hotel for a quick rest room stop, a cup of latte, and a treat.

The location was excellent. Complimentary mini bar soft drinks and generous snack bar off the lobby from 2 pm to 2 am was a nice touch. Front desk was helpful and housekeeping ran down and returned with an excellent iron and ironing board within minutes of the request. Would definitely stay at this property again

Lovely staff Cute perks like: * Free minibar filled every day Contains 6 bottles of assorted drinks * complementary array of snacks, pastries and coffee in free in the lobby (on specified hours) Very nice room clean and quiet, our room was facing an inner court The hotel is well situated and very short walk from the Louvre.

Charming boutique hotel
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location in Paris for walking. It is just far enough off a major Avenue to make it quiet. There is a well stocked breakfast buffet and in the afternoon they offer a selection of drinks and snacks. Will definitely return.

First time in Paris
We loved the hotel. The room is fairly small but you should know that going in. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout the trip. They had a drink(non-alcoholic)/snack bar available from 2pm-2am every day. They also have sister hotels that you can also visit their drink/snack bar if you happen to be in the area of them, however we did not utilize this perk. There are three Metro stations within a 10 minute walk. The Louvre is also a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay again
