Hotel cálido y muy bien comunicado

Posted 9-May-2016

Conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing.

Generally speaking, breakfast is good, room is tidy, wifi reception was good except it was not working for a few hours in one day of our stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. In our room, there was a small balcony with a table and two chairs. A nice place to enjoy the view under the sun.

オペラ座からも歩いて行ける距離なので空港からのバスを降りてすぐチェックイン出来ました。 部屋もとても素敵でこの値段としてはとてもリーズナブルでした。

BEtter than expected in every way!

Very helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the Nespresso machine! HOtel is located in a beautiful square in Paris....within walking distance to great shopping and the Champs Ellysees. For tourists interested in the Hop on Hop off busses, the hotel is next to on of the stops....so convenient! Absolutely thrilled with our experience there.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The beds are impossible to sleep in.
Location: Nice neighborhood with lots of shopping.
This was our second trip to Paris. We stayed in the Latin Quarter last time and prefer it over this location. This Hotel is in a nice neighborhood with LOTS of shopping. So if you're here to spend lots of money buying expensive things then this is your spot. However not much variety food wise. The hotel staff were fantastic. Spoke spanish and english. Had many suggestions on how to go about seeing the sights especially on foot. Unless you want to spend a lot on cabs be prepared to do a lot of walking though. The staff also accommodated us with a larger room with a more comfortable bed. The first room the bed was as hard as a rock... a common theme in Paris we've found! For only 20 euro more a night they put us up in a corner sweet with two balconies and great views. Bottom line I would not stay here again but not because of the staff. Our original room the bed was impossible to sleep on and I'm no panzy. I would say if your in Paris for the shopping the this could be your hotel. But if your here to see the sights and not break the bank I would suggest the Latin quarter. Your closer to Notra Dame and there are more metro lines to take you to see the rest of the city. And it's easier to find places to eat.

It was great. Great location and great staff. This is why I don't like to write reviews. Always asking to write an essay.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff

Posted 20-Mar-2016
Very nice little hotel on Madeleine Plaza in central Paris. Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping district with easy walk to Place de Concorde with the Louvre and other attractions a little longer, but pleasant, walks as well. If you would rather ride the Metro it is right in front of the hotel as well. Staff was very pleasant and room, although typically small, was very nice and comfortable. Madeleine Plaza is busy so there is some traffic noise but not a problem at night. I lived in France and travelled there extensively, trust me, this is an excellent hotel and a good value. Will return and recommend for sure.
