Nice hotel. Very comfortable room. Really loved the shower. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but otherwise enjoyed my stay.

We love this hotel. It is close to everything. There is a Boulangerie with yummy pastries across the hotel. Pharmacy and souvernirs shop is also across the hotel and mini market right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. And front desk people like Rogue was so accommodating and very helpful. When my son got sick we asked him if he can heat up the soup for us and he was so helpful and even included utensils and napkins. He was so nice. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back next year.

Good for being close to the station
The hotel itself is very good and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable for two people. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because its location. However, this might be a plus for some. It is very close to Gard du Nord which would make it very convenient if you are using the station. However, the neighborhood is not the best. The first couple of nights we felt a bit uncomfortable and a bit unsafe but then you get used to it and start getting used to it. The staff was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the breakfast. The rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. Would stay again if we needed to be close to the station for sure.

I loved my stay here! The service was exceptional! Jan at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me! Jan personally took me directly to show me where I needed to go the next day. And because of his special help, I was able to enjoy my stay even more than usual because I was confident knowing where to go! I would definitely recommend the Hotel Hor! It has everything - conveniently located, comfortable accommodations, and service beyond compare!

Found the room totally soundproof so slept very well in a very comfortable quiet room and bed. Staff at the front desk were most helpful when I mentioned I could not get the limited English TV channels. By the time I returned in the afternoon, all was attended to. Breakfast was excellent with two price options. Excellent location for the Eurostar and Metro underground to easily get around Paris. Only disappointment was limited English TV channels and unable to get the Rugby games during the Rugby World Cup.

I did not like my stay at this property. Very noisy and unsafe. The room was very smelly and the hotel looked very shady/ sketchy. Will not recommend even if it was free.

Absolutely amazing hotel 30 seconds from gar du nord. Super spacious rooms that have been updated thoughtfully. Highly recommend rooms on 6th floor with balconies. The staff are fantastic. So professional and welcoming. The area is a little dicey at night but convenience of metro at your door is great. A highly recommend

The property itself was well maintained. We booked it because of its close walking proximity to Paris central train station but that meant we ended up in a noisy and pretty dirty part of Paris. Getting to most of the main sights and attractions requires you to either walk several miles, use the metro or get an Uber. I have no complaints about the hotel itself more just the area it’s in. For a quick one or two night stay before getting on a train it’s a good place though.

Booked this for one night only because it was near the train station. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the inside feels dated. The staff however is pleasant. The room itself was ok. The booking said we’d get a queen bed, it was a double. The washroom was decent, the shower portable head had no pressure. The drain cap was broken. The lock for the door jammed. It took a good 10 mins to get it open again. We tried to call reception but the phone in the room didn’t work. The room was definitely overpriced for what it was. I wouldn’t stay here again.

2 min from Gare de Nord. Very convenient access toeverywhere in Paris. Front staff were very nice. Very quiet inside the hotel quiet air-conditioner Nice firm bed. Slept very well. Spacious compared with other hotels in the central Paris. I liked the pull out table by the bed.
