Very concenient
The hotel is located near palais garnier and galeries lafayette, in one of those beautifull parisian buildings, it has a metro station nearby, the breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly, loved it

Room a little bit smaller than British rooms. Would stay here again but instead of paying extra for comfort room would book a double instead as bigger in size by 2m and all on offer was dress gown which was about 4 sizes to small

Great place to stay…Well situated with two subway stations nearby. Wonderful staff up front..loved the breakfast which I don’t usually eat at hotels…felt safe in the area…would welcome the chance to stay there again…….

The area is great! Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Close to subway stations. This hotel is very clean - no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenience to metro with access to everything Paris. You don’t have to stay near the Eiffel Tower to have a great time!

The receptionist is helpful, pleasant. Lot of cafes and restaurants around but not noisy,. Very close to buses and metro. The room and bathroom is big enough for 2 people, the bed is comfortable, my room got cleaned everyday. The price is good. I'm impressed as we were first time visiting paris.

Great value for the money, really walkable area, and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend they remove the carpets from the room to eliminate the odors, but overall, it was a good option.

Friendly & helpful front desk staff
The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to metro station, supermarket and small cafes. The front desk speaks good English and friendly. In particular, Michael has been a big help to assist in re-booking train tickets when the original itinerary was interrupted by a local train strike.

The staff is absolutely fabulous! Sorana and Marie Ocean were incredibly welcoming and kind. Helped me find my way around, as I was very nervous because I traveled alone. Service was really above and beyond expectations. Totally recommend it! I would stay here again without hesitation. I has a room with street view (beautiful view!) and it was a little too noisy; nothing that I wouldn’t expect at a place located so close to the city center. I had ear plugs and it didn’t bother me a bit. The room is tiny, and so was the bed. It was perfect for one person. The bathroom was small but very well distributed and all looked clean and updated.

Great neighbourhood, friendly staff, easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Very clean, comfortable room, albeit small (no desk). Breakfast was OK, but not great.

Stay in itself was ok but the way the hotel handled lost property was terrible. They insisted organising a courier for a laptop that was left behind, then did very little to follow up when the courier lost it. Had to chase them constantly and in the end they told us to speak to the courier directly even though it was not us who booked them. Really disappointed. There is no reply to my latest emails and there is no offer of compensation whatsover - you would expect better customer service from Expedia hotels.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room was a bit small, bathroom looks newly renovated. Extension cable with USB charger was a big plus. Response to our queries was great and they kept in contact at all times.

If you are coming to Paris to immerse yourself in the culture live the parisian lifestyle and spend your time seeing the sites, enjoying the cafes and restaurants, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are small as most parisian living areas tend to be but modern the bathroom is totally up to date and your room with your bed, desk, amenities and TV are large enough to sleep in but not some place you want to spend your whole day sitting in. The hotel has a retro vibe to it. There are no key cards here just an old fashioned key to open your door which is really nice as You feel like you are stepping back in time a bit. The hotel is centrally located in a nice neighborhood full of shops, cafe's, restaurants and is minutes to the main shopping areas and only a 20 minute metro ride away from the majority of the tourist attractions. The neighborhood it is located in is full of specialty shops, baker's, confectionary makers ect.... It is a really nice area to just walk around in and immerse yourself in the Pairs vibe. As a bonus the room rates are some of the most reasonable around.
