Nice clean little hotel. Room was fine.. Everything i would expect from a 2 star. The location is good... Place de Italy is a good area with some nice restaurants.. You are very close to the metro and velib. There are supermarkets and bakeries very close by. Especially the bathroom/toilet is very, very small, so just be aware of that when you book. I'm not really sure how a grown man can use the bathroom :D But i saw several stay here, so i think they managed ;) But a good hotel in very nice surroundings with bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, metros, busses. The area also has a lot of street art. I felt safe there. Breakfast is 8 euro and is okay, but maybe go to the bistro by the Nationale Metro for 8,50 euro.
