Expensive for what it is.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights in October. Rooms 204 and 403. Out of the two rooms, 403 was the larger, and in better repair than 203. The people working here are helpful and friendly, the receptionists speak good English. Close to lots of bistros, restaurants and shops. Pros About a 5 min walk to the nearest metro, and bus stop, quite easy to navigate into the tourist areas. Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Comfortable beds. Tv, safe, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and a small fridge in the room. Air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot drinks station available in reception(but no milk) Decent Wi-Fi. Cons A bit shabby and grubby for the price, £700 for two rooms for two nights. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Very small bathroom, legs hit the door when sitting on the toilet. The shower was tiny! I had to turn sideways and squeeze in! I had to get out of the shower to wash my legs and feet! Loose taps/door handles, few bulbs out here and there, dirty suspicious mark’s visible on walls and doors, broken ceiling tiles, shower door didn’t completely close, so wet bathroom floor. Average/ basic continental breakfast, in the basement room, no lift to the breakfast room, it’s down a spiral staircase with low headroom. Not a bad stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not even on par with a travelodge.

Not too great, but not too disappointing
I was not too happy of this place. Was not worth the money i paid for. Elevator had cleaning gear in it, no services such as room service or beverages, the stairs had food. On top of it being extremely small. Dont be fooled by the nice looking pictures online.

Nice hotel, great neighborhood.
Nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood. If the price is cheap, this hotel is not ! You can go, blindfolded !

Room looked to have been recently renovated. Our only complaint was that for a family room it was up a spiral staircase with no lift which wasn't entirely ideal considering we were traveling with infant. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, even taking time to look up dinner cruises for us. The area this hotel is located in was very nice! We walked around at all hours and always felt safe. There were several delicious restaurants around- Les Artisans was our favorite! Easy 25 minute walk to the Eifel tower. Would still recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel during our stay here in Paris. The staff is multilingual and can give good recommendations for attractions nearby. Rooms are cozy and shower is tight for anyone over 6’2” (2m +), otherwise is an economical choice for your stay. Mattress was free of bugs or residue. Small terrace outside to bring breakfast. We didn’t get the included breakfast, rather we opted to buy our own and keep snacks / drinks in the mini fridge. Located five minutes from Line 12 & 10 minutes from line 4 I believe. Would recommend! Small cafes nearby for coffee or late-night drink.

Loved the 15 Arrondissement
I loved this hotel and the location. It is in a residential area with all necessities in close walking distance. You have the best patisserie across the street, fruit and vegetable shop next door, cheese shop a few shops down, a butcher next door, plenty of cafes and a big Monoprix (supermarket) close by. The hotel itself was a well renovated boutique hotel. The photos on hotels.com are out dated, so when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms had been freshly renovated. They are modern, clean, with balconies. One of our rooms 603 had a view of the Eiffel Tower (it was a wow factor for us). The hotel has been recently taken over by a young manager who has many aspiring hospitality ideas for this beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the best arrondissement in my opinion. I would gladly return to the Carladez and highly recommend it.

Did this stay solo and felt extremely safe in this area. It is tucked in a much quieter part of Paris but is still just a 20 minute walk to the tower and mayhem!

Everything is great except elevator because it only works to 1st floor, not to the ground floor. It is really tired after a full day walking in Paris when returning to the hotel, and the hotel didn’t advise their guests in advance whether their guests accept this situation or not.
