The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 44 m² apartment for rent in Paris, 50 metres from the Palais des Congrès and a 15-minute walk from the Champs Élysées, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 44 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The apartment comprises :  
\- A 44 m² living room with a convertible double sofa bed, TV and dining area.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
