Cute hotel that had adjoining rooms for our family of 5. Tastefully decorated with all kinds of British furnishings.

Not the best
Decent location for us, almost dead between Parc Astérix & Disneyland although, we didn’t expect it to be on a trading estate! RER B only a 5-10 minute pedestrian friendly walk away…30 mins into central Paris. Staff did their best to be friendly but this felt like an old hotel in need of a refresh. As a family who travel a lot, we thought everything else was poor. Breakfast choice below average for a French hotel, rooms very small and useless air con. This was made worse because we had to sleep with the window open as the rooms were so hot and ended up with multiple mosquito bites. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Poor welcoming , small room for 3 people, clean and comfortable bed and nice breakfast . People in the next room was speaking very loud around 11:30p.m and we couldn’t sleep and receptionist called them but it’s not helpful

Small hotel room close to airport.
Hotel was located a 12minute drive from the airport which was exactly what we needed for an early flight. It is about 45minute drive from the city of Paris. It said shuttle offered on the property details but that was not available when we got there due to COVID. They were willing to call a taxi for us though. Not all front desk staff were comfortable with speaking English so we used google translate. The condition of the hotel and room is decent with linen that didn’t smell great but was usable. The room itself is extremely cramped. We had two adjoining rooms. One with a Queen and single and the other with three singles. It was a small room with hardly room to walk. Not very comfortable because it was so confined. Restroom was also small. No fridge or microwave. Overall decent stay. I would not stay longer than the two days I did.

Good location and reasonable price.
Good location relative to the airport, with free secure parking. The airport shuttle costs 10 Euros per person. Our room was too small for three people, the garbage can hadn't been emptied and there was white powder on the bathroom floor. The restaurant was good but service was slow.

The hotel was good and the day staff excellent. However the night attendant should not even have a job in customer relations. We asked for a taxi early the morning of our departure. I have never been scolded or treated that way in my life by hotel staff. Stayed in several hotels on our trip and never had not one problem. Need a taxi, ordered. Maybe that is why he works the night shift. I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it due to this man alone. It’s to bad for the hotel. The other staff during the day were perfect. Maybe look for a night attendant that won’t treat your customers like crap because he doesn’t want to be bothered from his nap or tv show which is how we found him.

Staff was a bit frustrating. They often were on their cell phones. My room key was not activated for my entire stay. I had to get it activated again every day. One night we came back late and the front door was closed. Picked up the phone (Because my room key wouldn't get me in) and waited nearly 20 minutes before someone came to the door. Then the staff member acted as if we did not have a reservation and took 3 tries to get my room key activated correctly so we could get back in

Deserve to be better known
I must say that we chose this hotel last minute because we missed the last train due to a delay at landing. But we’ve been really kindly welcomed, the transfer is almost personalized, they can pick you up at any terminal you want. The rooms are good for the price and the restaurant looked great.

This hotel is near CDG airport and outlet and it has free parking but it hasn't restaurant near hotel so you should have a car to stay here. The service is good and room is clean.

A comfortable hotel with nice ambiance
Perfect location prior to an early morning flight. Comfortable, clean room with complimentary coffee and tea. Friendly and professional hotel and restaurant staff. Excellent WiFi, airport shuttle available for 10 Euro p/p from 6:30 AM. RER train station to downtown is within walking distance. Restaurant offers delicious dinner/dessert buffet and a la carte menu. Breakfast is being offered as well. Felt safe as solo traveler.

Easy to get to train station and friendly staff. Good value for the money sent and cozy rooms. The airport shuttle was nice to have. The only downfall was that they couldn’t accommodate the shuttle for the time we needed so we ended up being at the airport really early. That being said, it was a free shuttle and that was greatly appreciated.

Decent priced hotel near Parc des Expositions
We stayed at Green Hotel Confort during a trade fair at the Parc des Expositions, which is an easy 7-8 minute walk away from the hotel (as is the RER station), and the price for the Green Hotel was much cheaper than at other hotels in the area (including brands like Kyriad, Ibis etc who all jacked their prices through the roof for the trade fair). The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant area downstairs, but the trendy and contemporary downstairs décor wasn't carried on into the rooms that we stayed in upstairs, which were a bit on the tired side and could do with a big refresh.

A low price hotel that would have been acceptable but as I required a triple room I believe it was a double room with additional bed put in which made it very tight to move around. On a positive note shuttle bus was convenient.

Convenient and Practical
Older hotel with good shuttle service to CDG and within walking distance (1 km) to Paris train service. Staff very friendly and outstanding breakfast. Rooms are tight compared to North America but you will have a small closet and desk. Washroom is separate from bed area. We stayed in a room for 3 persons and we all slept comfortably but would go to lobby if we wanted to socialize. Closeness to train makes this an economical choice for travellers wanting good access to Paris. Parking lot is access controlled. We would be happy to use this hotel again.

The facility's location was in a business park, with no restaurants or markets nearby. Although there was an onsite restaurant, it offered no takeaway options. Bathroom floor was sticky. Reception staff at check-in was very helpful and pleasant; in contrast, the staff at check-out was less than welcoming and acted very put-out during the check out process.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They were great about providing a shuttle from and to the airport which was about 10 minutes away. Only stayed overnight and with three in a room it was very 'cozy' but manageable. The food in the dining area was good.

This hotel was very close to the Parc des expositions and a free shuttle bus to the airport which was very useful. The room itself have only one power plug which isn't useful at all with three people staying each having phone, tablet and camera to charge.

Cheap and cheerful but slightly run down and not really close to the airport. Picking up the airport shuttle requires a call to the hotel to book a pick up.
