Great location. Hotel was small and quaint but the room was a great size! We were a 4 min walk to one of the main metro stations so easy to get around. Lots of cute spots to eat/drink close by too.

Needs some TLC: towels frayed, curtains tracks only partially hooked to ceiling, repairs done to plaster but left ... Also a first for me, they did not clean the room during my stay!! Staff was friendly enough but did not seem to care much. Did not even bother to ask about my stay...

Hi I’ve stayed at a few places this year in Paris and I will say for this price range, the room exceeded my expectations. I like the room a lot and layout. They made use of the size of room with amenities you hope to have in your hotel. The only issue I had is they couldn’t take Amex for room deposit and there is only 1 elevator and the cleaning staff uses it too and it really can’t fit more than 2 people at a time and only can fit 1 person with a suitcase. So there could be a wait.

Lovely hotel in the great location. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and nice linens.Plenty of storage space, nespresso machine and coffee pods are a nice touch. However “complimentary water bottle” was a bottle that could of been refilled at the sink, I would suggest a sealed bottle or nothing at all .Small bathroom but with plenty of storage room and nice shower. Front desk friendly. One night it was raining and I saw a bunch of umbrellas that in most hotels are for complementary use. I asked if I can use it and mngr asked for 15EU deposit, even though 200EU was taken upon check in.That left a sour taste for me personally. Overall a beautiful property in a perfect location.

I recently stayed at the Veryste hotel. The overall experience was good. The staff was friendly and smiling. The room was as presented, new and comfortable. Regarding cleanliness, I would have expected more from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of items. The only thing that didn't leave a good impression was that while we were still eating, they cleared away the breakfast as the allotted time had passed. They could have asked us if we needed anything else... Overall, the impression is positive, and I would definitely visit again.

Thank you for having enjoyed your stay in general and for sharing your experience.We are aware that cleanliness is an indisputable element, we have put marble in the room, and this material is very delicate and the stains give the impression that it is not clean, this is not the case, because we clean effectively, but stains and oreolae remain because the marble absorbs.Regarding breakfast, in fact, we have a very wide range, from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and the breakfast staff must clear them on time.Looking forward to seeing you again soon at Hôtel Veryste.

I stayed at this hotel at short notice, due to me leaving another hotel earlier than planned on hygiene grounds. I had a room with a private terrace, which was nothing short of awesome. This hotel is all round excellent; brilliant staff and really good facilities. The location is ideal and close to transport links. I am booked to return next week and am very much looking forward to it.

Our room was clean and the style was sleek and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice. Cons: They say the offer an airport shuttle for $47 Euros which is one of the reasons we chose them. However, when we requested the shuttle they day before they said no problem and the morning of our departure they had a cab on the way! We did NOT want to take a cab. On the cab ride there the driver decided to stop in a long line of cars at a gas station only 5 min away from the airport! We spent 20 min with the cab getting gas and I can't tell you how stressful this was when we needed to get checked in for our international flight! Normally this wouldn't be the fault of the hotel but their their the ones that put us in that stressful position and as they didn't provide what they advertise. Also, the cab ride cost us $70 euros not the $47 advertised. One other small issue is they advertise in your room a beautiful looking charcuterie board but the first time we ordered it, it was easily half the size of the image. Not a huge deal and was ok with it... our 3rd night we decided to get it again and it was less than a quarter the size of the advertised image and less than half what we received the first time! We would of complained but I'm never going to complain to people handling my food... In short, nice place and staff, just beware the amenities aren't consistent or as advertised. :/

Dear Shane, We are sincerely sorry for what happened to you and we thank you for reporting it, we will contact the taxi company that took you to the airport because it is not normal to charge so much, the rates are regulated by the city of Paris (60 € CDG and 47 € Orly) For your attention, a Taxi is faster than a Shuttle which picks up clients in other Hotels, and this service is different and we advise it when clients have a late flight. Now, regarding the charcuterie platter, we sell it every day and we don't have any bad feedback about it, but if you had taken a picture or if you had come to report it immediately, we could have explained it to you. We use seasonal products, we have enough fresh products to fill the plates, there are even customers who don't finish the plate because it is too full. There is nothing to complain about, on the contrary, we are here to satisfy you completely. Reception

Amazing hotel. Definitely European sized rooms; smaller. But, they were wonderful. The location was fantastic for proximity to restaurants and historic locations in Paris. Made it easier since my trip was for business to still enjoy French cuisine. Definitely would stay there again.

Great little boutique hotel. Our king room was on the 6th floor so no views, but not many of these hotels have views. Room kept immaculate and clean every day. Adequate space and storage for a short break. Bathroom very spacious with good amenities. Good air conditioning. Lots of road noise but it’s a busy city! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

The hotel did not look like the pictures I saw that inspired me to book. Although very cute, the room was so small, sheets were so scratchy, and the place was far from everything you may need. For the amount of cabs I needed, I could’ve gotten a better hotel!

Good spot to stay
I stayed in the larger queen size room. It was very spacious compared to other hotels in Paris. You can hear your neighbors but I think that’s true of any place you stay. The cleaning person came into the room twice even tho I had the “do not disturb” card on the door which was a little odd. Overall would stay again.

God hotel but door problem
Hotel has changed names but this is displayed on the door and windows to alert you if you are eagle eyed enough. Check in felt slow but was ok. We did arrive at 2230. Room very nice. Our only problem was our door did not lock properly without knowing a trick that we had to have the receptionist show us after an awkward chat because of language barriers. So all sorted but returning both days after being out our door was unlocked with our valuables and passports thankfully still in the room. I think the cleaners were unaware of the door trick either. This said we will return but I think the door needs sorting or cleaners informed. This could have resulted in a trip to the British consulate if our passports had disappeared. Not saying anything about the staff but just thinking of other guests coming into our room. Our room was 202.

Photos identiques à la description. Petite chambre mais très bien agencée. Literie correcte et produits d'accueil. Hôtel situé à 10 min de la gare du nord et 20 à pieds de Châtelet les Halles. À proximité de la rue du fbg poissonnière et du grand rex, ideal pour les restaurants et les bars. On sent un peu les vibrations du métro.
