There is will in this beautiful 4 bedrooms apartment of 113 m2 on the second and third floor without elevator. The desire to seduce, to be different close to the National School of Arts and Crafts:


At the first level:


• Large kitchen open to the living space, equipped with a fridge, a freezer, hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils.


• Dining area with a table and 8 chairs overlooking the kitchen and living room.


• Living room with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a carpet, an HD TV, a sound system, a wireless internet connection. Window overlooking the street.


• Separate WC.


• 1st bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, adjoining the first bedroom.


• First bedroom with a bed of 180 X 200cm, bedside tables, dressing room, armchair. Window overlooking the street


Second floor accessible by a beautiful staircase:


• Second separate toilet.


• Second bedroom with two single beds and dressing room. Window on courtyard.


• Adjoining the third bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Bruyant comme Paris

Appartement bien rénové mais environnement vieux. Escalier d’accès à rénover. Ds l’appartement il fait chaud, le bruit extérieur intolérable alors de l’air climatisé est essentiel. Nous y avons mal dormi pendant 3 jours ! Amélioration considérable à apporter pour l’entretien quotidien de la cuisine. Nous avions un misérable petit linge à vaisselle, aucun savon, aucune pastille pour le lave-vaisselle. Nous n’allons pas ds ces appartements pour acheter un bac complet de pastilles ou des bouteilles de savons. Un petit kit par client à l’appartement est nécessaire. Ceci se fait régulièrement ds ce genre d’installation. Aussi, une liste des endroits où appeler en cas d’urgence devrait être disponible facilement ds l’appartement. Nous étions proches d’une épicerie et de 2 boulangeries et du métro!

nice apartment, great location but it had bed bugs

The location of this apartment is wonderful, an easy walk to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Lots of space in the apartment though the toilets are a bit strange. Two bedrooms have en suite showers but the toilets are set apart in little water closets - one off the kitchen and one off the upper hallway. Not a big deal, just unexpected. The power went off repeatedly when someone was using a shower if we tried to run any appliances like the microwave or washer. Easy fix once we found the fuse box. Sadly our stay was ruined by bed bugs in the upstairs bedrooms. We woke up after the first night covered in bites and turned back the sheets to find the beds crawling with bugs. We were covered in bites and they were in our bags and clothing that had been sitting on the floor. When we contacted the "emergency contact" for the reservation they never responded. The man who brought us the keys tried to help but wasn't able to do much. We finally received a response from the Agency through vrbo and they said they did not have another option and we should 'go find a hotel.' They did not offer to help at all. It was not easy to find somewhere last minute so we ended up at a different hotel than the friends we were traveling with. If they take the necessary steps to get rid of the bed bugs, it is a nice apartment in a great location. The person who checked us in was lovely and showed us how everything worked.

Girls trip

We had a good stay. Although the hallways to-the flat show the age and “charm” of the building, this Flat itself was just as advertised. The location is in a city residential area, with walkable access to restaurants, grocery stores, and even a few of the smaller museums. The property management team was always helpful and responsive.

Great apartment in the heart of Paris

Very close to multiple metro lines and within a short taxi ride or 15-20 minute walk of Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Although the immediate street scene outside the front door isn't super special, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and boulangeries within 1-2 blocks. Franprix for groceries is right next door. The apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space for 6. Kitchen is nicely kitted out and had everything we needed when we chose to eat in. No AC, but plenty of fans and good air circulation from many windows. Property mangement was great,communicated clearly both in French and English, and gave a very useful tour on arrival. Definitely will consider coming back!

What you need to know

The description title is slightly misleading, if you read the details carefully it is 100% accurate. There are 3 bath rooms that do not have toilets - shower and sink only, en-suite. There are two toilets NOT en-suite. You must walk down the hall for one shared on the second floor and walk through the family room into the kitchen for the toilet on the first floor. The walls are very thin, so you hear every detail of someone’s bathroom experience while you are in the kitchen or family room. It is odd. That being said, we would stay here again. There are three metros right by the apartment. You can get anywhere very quickly - 20 minutes to all the major sites. There is a fantastic bakery at the corner with wonderful quiche, croissants, baguette sandwiches, cakes, pasties, etc. (Bo & Mei - a large one) The kitchen is outfit with everything you need and a large table with plenty of chairs. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment but it was comfortable- we did stay in the watch France win footie over London and the large screen tv was perfect for that. On the downside, there is not seating for 6, let alone 8 comfortably in the family/gathering room. The couch/sofa is horrible. But other than the game, we never all wanted to sit there at the same time and when we were making daily plans we used both the kitchen table and the family room to meet. The apartment rental agency was VERY GOOD to deal with and most accommodating. But you do not pay through VRBO and a substantial insurance deposit is needed on hold when you arrive that was not in the description. We were skeptical of it since we had rented a fraudulent apartment in the past, but that is not the case here. They are on point and do what they say they will do. Thank you for a lovely visit Roman!

Great stay in Paris!

Beautiful spot with all the amenities. It was clean, in a central location. We were looking for a place with a generously sized living and dining room to have a gathering area during down time, which can be hard to find in Paris. This was great. It took a little getting used to that the toilets were separate from the bathrooms, but not a big deal. :)

Great place in Paris

We had a great stay in Paris and this apartment had plenty of space and was perfect for our family of 5. (3 teens: 13, 18, 19) I was slightly concerned when I booked it because the 2 or 3 reviews the place had were not raving. However, check in was easy; our check-in guide was great and easy to communicate with and met us at the place to show us around, give us keys and make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly and thorough and our timing worked out well to meet up. The apartment was roomy, there is no AC but there were plenty of fans if needed, and nights were cool enough to keep the windows open for a nice breeze. The street is a little noisy with the windows open but it did not bother us. There are lots of great restaurants within walking, close to METRO, and also a market just downstairs. The only thing I would say.. it would be nice to have a "welcome/cleaning" kit included with the stay. Right before check in, the rental company text us asking if we would like to have a cleaning kit and/or any hygiene kits that would be left at check-in but there was a fee for them. I found that a little tacky. I did buy the cleaning kit (sponge, dishwasher tabs, couple laundry pods, trash bags). we traveled with our own shampoo and soap so we didn't need the other but did buy extra supplies downstairs at the market when we needed more. ( I would purchase on my own, but the kitchen one seems to be necessary). The description does say washer and dryer but it is the same unit so you have to wash and dry one load before you can wash the next. We ended up using the drying rack anyways. We had a great time in Paris and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Huge Paris Apartment

Great Paris apartment - close to Metro station for needed transportation to all Paris highlights. Building a bit worn - a little scary walking in. No wine/bottle opener so we purchased and left for next guests. Bathroom configuration strange: first floor has shower & sink connected to bedroom. Also a separate WC with toilet and sink. Second floor has VERY small WC with toilet and sink, then a bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower and another bathroom connected to the 4th bedroom with a shower and sink. So, there are 2 toilets, 3 showers and 6 bathroom sinks. No A/C but fans provided for each bedroom. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of 5.

The search for Gregory and Duy

The property management team made up of Gregory and Duy were TERRIBLE! They consistently ignored us when we reached out in regard to malfunctioning equipment and intermittent electricity failures. They literally refused to respond to us text after text and call after call. The apartment itself is ok but has quirky bathroom configurations, and a washer/dryer that barely worked. The front of the building is covered in graffiti and the entry hall into the building belongs in a ghetto. For this kind of money… there must be better options!!!!!!

The location and size of the apartment was perfect for our group. I just wish that there was more attention to details to make this experience perfect. Little things like not enough pots, and coffee maker not working properly for example.
