Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Very old furniture, no intercom in the room. The room was so tight there was hardly space to put luggage. Hotel was smelling of food on all floors. Had to go find another hotel. The hotel is crap

if you're just looking for a very basic place to to stay (to sleep) then this would be good for you. We had access to a secure parking and close by Metro station. .

Indeed our parking is a real added value. Without heigh restriction, you can park your car for free during your stay in our property.See you soon.

Property had no air conditioning, you had a basic fan in your room to provide air. Property is close to Orly airport but not to any major landmarks. The breakfast was good and available every morning.

Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the staff made our stay a great one. We stayed an extra night and the buffet style breakfast was great. Easy parking behind the hotel. About 10 min walk to the metro. Good value.

Liked the location because it was close to the Metro and the meetings we were attending. The hotel is in need of major renovation. It is clean and comfortable but old and needing a facelift

Generally fantastic service other than the restaurant waiter. The menu on the food side was a bit misleading but the kitchen staff were great. The cleaner was also very thorough.

The hotel should not have any stars rooms are to small and no air conditioning and fan's in the room you get boiling inside the room in the room you only have one switch to charge your mobile phone if you are 2 or 3 people than you have problems never ever again even for free

We booked 4 beds, but got 5, so that was good plus. Especially since there was not a lot of room in the VERY small two-bedroom "suite", so we used the extra bed as "storage". No air-conditioning, to prepare to sweat! Breakfast was fresh, and tasty, but with limited options, and nothing hot (other than "fair" coffee). Bus station is 2 blocks away, and connects quickly with metro.

Shower head was broken, toilet seat was stained. Location was terrible - no local shops. Staff at reception was indifferent. Asked for two double beds and got 4 singles instead and they were tiny beds.

In need of a revamp
Very conveniently placed for my business trip, and attractively priced, but it is just a little bit run down, and in real need of a makeover. The floors in the bedrooms are some sort of laminate, and the joints between the laminate seem to have collected some sort of black stuff - could just be the glue from when they were laid I suppose (at least I hope so). Very tired Artex wallpaper. On the plus side, a large shopping centre is one Metro stop away, and they do a good breakfast buffet. Didn't try the evening meal.

Clean, no frills hotel. Perfect to lay your head for the night. A little out of the way if you're in Paris for the city center but good spot to spend a night if you're going to Orly airport which was my situation. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. If you're not fussy for luxury, this hotel might be the one for you.

I was nicely surprised by the rooms. The price was very affordable so I was afraid it will be spartan and unclean. It was spartan but it WAS clean. The staff were nice and breakfast was good (just make sure to get up early enough).
