Charming 20 m² studio on the ground floor of a Boutique-Apart. Neat decoration and modern equipment. Space optimized to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 double beds on the mezzanine.  
Very attractive price for families and groups.  
5 minutes walk from Paris and near a shopping center with a large Carrefour supermarket and a Mac Donald restaurant.  
Robespierre metro station, on line 9, 5 minutes on foot.Line 9 takes you directly, and in a few minutes, to République, the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps), the Opéra Garnier, the Champs-Elysées, the Quai Branly Museum, the Palais de Tokyo, the Trocadéro and to the Eiffel tower.
