The view is so stunning it has been featured in magazines! Snuggle up with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset when the lights sparkle on the Eiffel Tower. This air-conditioned (three powerful mobile units) apartment is very popular with families, Things to Note: This property is suitable for 4 adults and up to 2 children, or 5 adults. It is a tight fit for 6 adults due to limited space. Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2. There is an elevator to the property. 6 wide stairs with railing from the building entry to the elevator. The property is not handicap accessible. Visibility of the Eiffel Tower changes depending on the season and foliage growth of the trees outside the windows. No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace. Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am. Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. The apartment’s kitchen is small but we’ll appointed with all the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the elevator is great after a day of exploring Paris.
