The common areas of the building deserve a good refresh but the studio is clean and comfortable. The other residents are very quiet and the place is safe.  
  
Clichy Levallois train station is located just downstairs from the building.  
  
The apartment is very well located 5 minutes from Paris Saint Lazare. (Galeries Lafayette, Le Printemps) You will find supermarkets and restaurants all around.  
  
La Défense (business and major shopping district) is also very close, 8 minutes by train.  
  
It has a television, a washing machine and all the necessary comforts.
