Élégant et moderne, ce bien se situe Rue Cler. Sans doute la rue la plus charmante et vivante du VIIe arrondissement de Paris. À quelques pas du Champs-de-Mars et de la Tour Effeil, vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir les plus beaux monuments de Paris à quelques centaines de mètres. Vous profiterez du calme de l'appartement sans vis-à-vis tout en étant proche de toutes commodités (restaurants, cafés, bar, supermarché et métro). The Space: \- Pièce à vivre très élégante et pratique avec un canapé haut-de-gamme convertible en lit. Une belle table basse en marbre et un coin diner design avec deux belles chaises. \- La cuisine est équipée d'un four, d'une plaque à induction, d'une machine à laver et de tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Vous trouverez aussi une machine à café et une bouilloire pour vos petits déjeuners. Easy to walk to local tourist sites and use the metro to get anywhere. The place was small, very clean and had all the necessities including a few pots and plans, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, etc. even a lovely towel warmer. The only very minor negative is the size of the washroom. It is a narrow space in front of the toilet for sitting and to get to the shower. Second story walk up was not an issue. When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us or show us anything. We had the address to the building, but we did not have the room number or any information on how to get to the actual room. We waited outside of the building in the sun with all of our luggage for almost 30 minutes waiting on the host to get back with us. There is no elevator, and the room is up a tiny winding staircase 3 flights up, so if you have a lot of luggage as we did, keep this in mind. When we came back to the room to get ready for dinner we tried for 30 minutes to get the door unlocked. We called the host, and they wanted us to send them a video of us trying to get in to help us. Apparently, the host is 40 minutes from this location, so don't expect any help in a hurry. Also, there is only enough hot water to take about a 4-minute shower. My wife has long thick hair and almost froze to death trying to wash her hair the first day. The second day we timed it and there was only 4 minutes of hot water. Lastly, our room was a construction zone the first day we were there. There was a guy literally jackhammering right outside of the window to our room.
