Composé de 3 grandes fenêtres avec une exposition sud-ouest qui le baigne de lumière et de soleil. Idéalement situé, proche des plus belles places de Paris, entre les Champs Élysée et les galeries Lafayette. (10 min à pied, un arrêt de métro). Vous trouverez tout les commerces nécessaires au pied de l’immeuble (supermarché, restaurant..). This makes me question the electrics The WiFi box was on and I could connect to it however there was no internet despite rebooting multiple timesThe bathroom was clean and adequate but again was dated & basic. It seemed like a DIY job with the shower tray raised on thermalite blocks. The side walls of the shower were away from the walls so behind there was years of dust. Used bar of soap at the sink but no shower gelThe kitchen & bathroom tap is plumbed in incorrectly with hot & cold the wrong way but the shower is the right wayThe bed dips in the middle which didn’t bother me too much but my girlfriend found it very uncomfortableThe apartment is also full of the owners belongings including stacked in cardboard boxes and suitcases.
