Within walking distance, you’ll find the Musée Picasso, dedicated to the works of Pablo Picasso, and the Place des Vosges, a historic square renowned for its elegant architecture and charming gardens. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this prime Parisian location. The Space: Upon entering you’ll be met by the living room which has a flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dinnerware and has a dining table with six chairs. There is a small laundry space on the right side of the kitchen with a washing machine and a drying machine. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a desk and a chair. The second bedroom is located downstairs on basement level and has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Guest Access: This accommodation is offered for corporate housing purposes. The Neighborhood: Le Marais district has the historic side located at the north. The Main floor has a living room and kitchen. The two bathrooms are on other floors. The place is ideal for a family. That being said, I removed a star because the downstairs bathroom smells strongly of mold/mildew as it lacks proper ventilation. We used the upstairs bathroom instead, but couldn't rate it five stars for this reason. One minor con for us was the spiral staircase leading to the downstairs bedroom. It's not ideal for young kids, and wasn't mentioned in the description. Not really a big deal in our case, but could be for others, just as a heads-up. Overall, I would happily stay here again, and want to reiterate that it has many wonderful qualities. I think with better ventilation, it would absolutely be a five-star space! ##### Oana A. Minutes from great restaurants and shopping and near many sites. We had to pay a bit extra for a few hours early check in even though we paid more for the apartment than what it was being listed at the time we were staying. Good size for our family of 4 but one bathroom has very low ceilings… was fine for our teen girls.
