Our property is equipped with a double glazing window however, we recognize that it can be sometimes difficult a complete isolation. We always encourage our residents to bring their concern to the Duty Manager at the time when the issue arises. The purpose is to ensure that his/her concerns are addressed promptly with the objective of making his/her stay with us a pleasant one.
