We requested a first floor or an elevator becaust my wife was hurt one leg and I took her to a hospital they put a brace support and use a cane when arrived to hotel was no elevator and the room was on the fifth floor 60 steps from the street I called the manager said sorry but didn’t have any another place even I called three days in advance never call back and was no cancellation means no money back we stayed 5 Day time 120 steps every day

The property is on a quiet side street next to the cemetery. Rooms were clean and kitchenette had plenty of facilities. Staff were helpful and the luggage room was useful.

The one bed studio was clean and well equipped but very bland and functional - no extra furnishings to add colour and comfort. Also water pressure was poor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very nice and affordable hotel, in a beautiful Paris neighborhood (Montmartre, next to Mulin Rouge). The room was not big (just enough), but it came with a fully equipped little kitchen, which made a big difference for us. The staff is nice and helpful, the common areas are beautiful, and the breakfast is as glorious as a French breakfast goes. The location is perfect, public transportation is right there, and it is located within walking distance from Basilique Sacre Coeur and the beautiful heights of Montmartre. Will definitely go there again. We absolutely loved it.

Property is at end of a close. Quiet. Next to cemetery so no noise. You can hear the neighbours moving furniture and there was a dripping noise on the last night. Location is good. Close to eateries and transport. Walkable to basilica and artists area. Lots to see and do locally. Easy for moulin rouge and theatre.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful throughout our stay. The studio room was clean, kitchen well-equipped. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel was close to a wide variety of restaurants, shops and places to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We were very well treated at reception. When they realized we had made back-to-back reservations, they worked to allow us to stay in the same room so we didn’t have to check out and then back in. The staff have been very responsive to any requests we’ve made. The studio is well equipped and very comfortable for our needs. The buffet breakfast was very good. We are happy to be here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice. Recommended.
It's a very nice hotel, excellent location, clean, and highly recommended. The only thing is that the sink was blocked upon arrival (water not going down).

Right in the heart of Montmartre and close to all the action. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. When we arrived early at 10am they securely stored our luggage and directed us to the rooftop garden with amazing 360' views. The 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed, bright and quiet but tight for 4 people. The breakfast was delicious and better than what you could get from most of the cafes around the area. The neighbourhood was a little scruffy with late-night spillover from the bars and cabaret but the shop owners and municipality diligently washed and swept the sidewalks each morning. Walking distance to the Louvre and other attractions but worth investing in a taxi ride back at the end of a long day of site seeing. I absolutely loved the area and would stay here again.

The staff was great. I don't like the fact that they only cleaned the apartment once a week. I had to call 4 times for the sheets to be changed. The room was not swept and mopped and the bathroom was not cleaned at all during the whole time I was there.

A great location
Citadines Montmartre hotel is in a great location if you are looking to stay close to Moulin Rouge and the Red Light District. The hotel room was a little tired and could have done with a little better cleaning. During our stay some renovation work was being done throughout the hotel so maybe rooms will get a refresh also in the lead up to Paris Olypmpics next year. Note there is no daily room make up unless you have paid additional charge for it apparently. This was not made aware to us during the online booking process with Hotels.com. Also the rooms are not air conditioned. Not a big problem during our stay in July as weather was mild at the time. There are fans and window can be opened. There are 2 railway stations within 5 min walking distance making it easy to get around Paris. Also there is a great little Bistro across the road from the hotel entrance which is a nice place for an evening drink or reasonably priced meal.

Nice place, good location! Highly recommended!
The best location for stay if you want to visit Mouline Rouge late night show... just few steps around the corner. Positive thing... small kitchen in the room with all the equipment.

Front desk definitely can do a better job advising visitors on the necessity of using the room card to operate the elevator I was stuck in there for 10minutes for the simple fact that i got in and press my floor number without presenting my room card to the scanner in the elevator first

The location was good and the receptionists were plesent. I didn't like that there was trash on the patio before we got there. A KFC box and a a pastry box. The main problem is that we ordered two rooms with two twin beds in each. My friends room has a living room and mine did not. Also there were NO twin beds in either one of the apartments. MY daughter and I had to share a bed and my friend had to have her son sleep on the couch. we specifically asked at the reception if we had twin beds and the receptionist said yes. That makes me think that the receptionist doesn't know what twin beds are or her doesn't know what the rooms look like.

The king of room that you booked did not have twin beds so we upgraded one the rooms so that in the apartment you could have the bedroom and the sofa-bed in the living room.
