Summary:  
Charming apartment for 4 people, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. In the heart of Paris, a few meters from Montparnasse train station. Guests can enjoy nearby restaurants and cafes. Public transport will allow you to access the most beautiful sites in the capital. My accommodation is central and ideal for a Parisian getaway with family or friends

Charming 2-room apartment of 38 m2 on the ground floor for 4 people:  
  
\- 1 queen-size bed  
\- 1 living room with sofa bed  
\- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)  
\- 1 dining area with table  
\- TV, Wifi  
\- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, no toilet  
\- 1 separate toilet  
  
Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest, and end-of-stay cleaning is carried out by professional staff.

The Neighborhood:  
Ideally located halfway between Saint Germain and Montparnasse. This is one of the most beautiful areas of the capital, this apartment is close to rue Rennes and boulevard Raspail where many shops are located as well as the Galeries Lafayette in Montparnasse and the Bon Marché rue de Sèvres.  
Very lively neighborhood known for its many restaurants, bars and famous Parisian brasseries.  
The magnificent Luxembourg Gardens are located a few meters away.  
Many theaters are located nearby:  
Gaîté Theater  
Bobino Theater  
Semicolon Theater
