Summary:  
Charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the capital in a central, lively and vibrant area, you will be halfway between the Opéra Garnier, the Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette) and the Place de la République. Friendly, quiet, authentic and fully equipped, this apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends.  
  
The Space:  
Apartment of 41 m2 on the 2nd floor with elevator which includes:  
  
 \- 1 Living room with double sofa bed, TV coffee table, WIFI  
 \- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster)  
\- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people  
 \- 1 double bedroom  
 \- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and dryer  
\- 1 separate toilet  
  
 The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

 In addition, you will be in the heart of Paris's most famous theater district, giving you easy access to captivating shows. It is the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends
