Das Gebäude ist in gutem Zustand, mit sauberen Gemeinschaftsräumen und nützlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie hervorragenden Einrichtungen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut beleuchtet, mit modernen Armaturen und viel Stauraum. Die Verwaltung ist aufgeschlossen und geht auf Wartungsanfragen unverzüglich ein.
