### Charming and bright apartment with long balcony

Superb apartment with a wraparound balcony, recently renovated and very bright with triple exposure. Ideally located between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont park. Very quiet building with an exceptional, unobstructed view of a monument in Eiffel style (Les Halles Secretan). The neighborhood is up-and-coming, well-served by public transport, and has all amenities nearby (parks, bars, restaurants, cinema, climbing gym, butcher, cheese shop, bakery, gourmet grocery stores...).  
  
Spacious and comfortable 45m² apartment on the 2nd floor of an old building. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, the space is optimized with an open kitchen overlooking the living room with three exposures (south, southwest, west), a wraparound balcony, a bedroom with an open bathroom, a laundry room, an entryway, and a WC.
