The Space:  
Bienvenue dans ce superbe appartement de 17m2 situé dans le 13ème arrondissement, à seulement 100 mètres de l'hôpital Cochin et en face de l'hôpital Broca. Idéal pour accueillir deux personnes, cet appartement au 6 eme etage vous offre un emplacement privilégié avec de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de métro à seulement 100 mètres.  
  
En entrant dans l'appartement, vous serez charmé par sa cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous y trouverez un micro-ondes, une cafetière, une bouilloire et un réfrigérateur, ainsi qu'une plaque de cuisson pour préparer vos repas. De plus, une machine à café Dolce Gusto est également à votre disposition pour vous permettre de déguster de délicieuses boissons chaudes.  
  
Le salon est aménagé avec un canape lit confortable de dimensions 140\*190, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de découverte de la ville. Une table à manger avec deux chaises vous permettra de prendre vos repas dans un cadre convivial.  
  
La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, vous offrant ainsi un espace moderne et pratique pour vous rafraîchir. Vous y trouverez également un sèche-cheveux, un fer à repasser et une table à repasser, pour vous assurer un séjour sans contraintes.
