Great location for our needs. Cleanliness was excellent. The self serve breakfast was ample but had just had a price increase. Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Will return when in Paris again😊

This property is within walking distance of Gare du Nord and therefore good for an overnight stay on our way north. Room was clean but small, bed comfortable.

Another French 3 star hotel, quiet, clean, high value. Let’s be clear, this is not a fine hotel with services and so forth. It is exactly what it says it is, clean, neat, pleasant staff, nice neighborhood. It’s a room, not a lifestyle

This is a great little hotel, very close to Gare du Nord station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast every morning. The room was small but comfortable.

Very professional and helpful staff. Although the rooms were small they were efficent, safe and comfortable. Although the fan was adequate, I wish the rooms had air conditioning.

We loved our attic room at Chabrol. The room was beautiful and modern while keeping parts of the old building, like the roof beams, visible. At first we were worried when we got to our room as it was quite warm, but we opened the window and had a very comfortable night. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have two single beds for our kids, as they refuse to share. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, but missing alternative milk option and decaf coffee. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Paris in future. PS: our kids loved the lift, as it was all glass and they could see us pass the different floors. There is even a hidden statue to discover on the way!

Great location close to Gare Du Nord. No air conditioning meant opening the window and hearing the street noise all night. Chipping paint in room, looked like black mold in bathroom. Friendly staff. Just a small, forgettable, Paris hotel that should probably be a 2-2.5 star location.

Good location, friendly staff
The hotel location is very good. Just few steps from metro station. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. There is a lift to access room on upper floors. Hotel was clean. There is also a safe in the room. You can find lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The only think I would complain is there was no mini fridge in the room.

Great little hotel an easy walk from Gare du Nord railway station with connections to CDG. Breakfast was a very nice Continental mix. Rooms tidy with a convenient lift for getting the bags upstairs.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was pristine. Close to really cute restaurants and to the metro. Short ride to all the attractions but away from the craziness. Will stay there again.

Chabrol Opera was exactly what I needed-- easy walk from Gare du Nord, and a simple room to spend the night! I was able to drop off my bag before checking in, and leave it there after checking out the next morning-- extremely convenient. Was also able to use their wifi in the lobby to map out my next couple of hours. Would stay again!

Very noisy, not be able to rest well.
Almost no sound barrier between each room. The noise from next door can be clearly heard and quite disturbing. The room I been given is at the top floor. The ceiling of that room is quite low, if not be careful it is very likely to bang your head on the ceiling. Also the washroom is extremely tight in space.

Good location near Gare du Nord. Friendly and helpful staff. No A/C in rooms which were very hot although it was September. Can't imagine how hot it would be in the middle of the summer. Staff dowstairs had A/C though. Bathroom did not have a fan which made the small room even hotter after a shower. Finally rooms were quiet and cleanliness was ok.

Room was clean but slightly odd shower in the family room, no ac but fans were provided but too was still hot. Internet was slow. We had breakfast but I would not bother the items ran out and not much choice. There is a bakery/ cafe on the corner that has lovely pastries and the baker is lovely.

Very friendly staff, clean room (checked for bedbugs and there were none in site), great water pressure in the shower. Our room was very small, so it would not have been suitable for more than two people (not even children). But perfect for a low maintenance couple.

exceeded expectations. room was spacious and was cleaned everyday with new towels provided everyday too. brilliant location for exploring the city. slept soundly in comfortable beds and were not affected by any noise from within the hotel or from the street.
