The staff, mostly, is friendly and it is convenient to be next to the T3b tram line to reach central Paris. The bed was really uncomfortable, there was a collapsible sofa-bed. There were big cigarette burns both on the carpet and on the bed. The WIFI was absolutely unusable. I had to check-out one day earlier because I couldn't make online calls (I came for work purposes). The internet was so slow that I couldn't watch videos or even properly browse on the internet. The bed is a sofa bed but was comfortable. There is a kitchenette and they provide Potts, plates and sliver wear. We did not get to use it but it is perfect if you want to save some money by going to a nearby supermarket or farmers market. It was also located next to a tram that had a stop near a mall with lots of entertainment and places to eat. There was also a metro near by to get to the city. It is an older hotel so the carpets had some stains and there were some weird smells in the hallways at times. Housekeeping came in and cleaned up often. The staff was friendly, knew English, and were available 24/7. The hotel was a great place to come and rest after exploring Paris.
