\* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.

\* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except Category 1 and 2 pets, which are not accepted), with a commitment to cover any potential damages.

I had originally reserved another Airbnb for my stay from June 7-10, but the host cancelled last minute, leaving me in a tough situation to find a place to stay two days before my arrival to Paris. I booked this rental very quickly and was so glad I did! The location was perfect, the apartment was much larger than I had anticipated, and the staff were excellent and quick to respond! I was able to easily request an early quick in and later check out very fluidily. I'm often in Paris on business since I work for a French company and lived in Paris for 14 years prior to my stay. I would heartily recommend this location to any friends, family or tourists. Fantastic. Thank you! Lindsay
