Property Details: This 55-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided, along with pots and pans. A clothes washer and drying rack are included for added convenience. An iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom are also available. The master bedroom faces the interior courtyard and includes a queen-size bed. The second bedroom, also courtyard-facing, is furnished with a double bed. Both rooms come with professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases. House Rules and Policies Please note for reservations valued over €3000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared. Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35\. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior.
