The space includes a flexible living area that can serve as a living room, dining space, or home office. The apartment is equipped with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs, plus a high-speed Wi-Fi connection (1 Gbps), ideal for remote work or video calls. The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, and all essential kitchenware, including dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. The apartment also comes with a clothes washer and drying rack, as well as an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom. The sleeping area faces the street and features a double bed with a high-quality, comfortable mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, pillows, and towels are provided for each guest. The bathroom, accessed via the hallway, includes a shower, toilet, and sink, with complimentary toiletries to start your stay, including a hairdryer, toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. It is heated throughout during colder months. Portable fans are provided as there is no air conditioning. Important Information and Policies \- Please inquire for more details on the cancellation policy. \- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Late check-in after 7:00 PM may incur additional fees and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. The host reserves the right to decline late check-in if the guest does not meet all requirements. \- Check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Damage deposit: 800€, refundable after inspection. \- Strictly non-smoking. \- Pets not allowed. \- This apartment is not suitable for parties, events, or photoshoots. The maximum number of guests is 2, including children and infants. \- The main booker must be at least 25 years old; unaccompanied minors are not allowed. A noise monitoring device is installed at the entrance to ensure security and maintain the property's peaceful atmosphere. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50\. Both can be provide for €70\. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. \*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. House Rules and Policies ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared. Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35\. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
