The safe in the room is broken and we was planning to put our passport and money in the safe before we went out but we couldn’t. It’s so happen the we had our passport stolen on the subway.

Very surprised with the location being so close to a metro station. There are many bars and restaurants nearby that made it a fun area to explore. For breakfast Bruno strives to make everyone's experience great with a yummy continental breakfast each day.

The hotel Pool area and communal areas were a big let down. Dated in the 1980’s. The rooms were ok size. However, air con wasn’t the best. There was dust on the side tables in the rooms. Beds were very squeaky. Distance to anywhere was a tube or bus. The bars in the surrounding area were okay too but numbered

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT MY INITIAL ROOM WAS CHANGED AND MY CO WORKER AND I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE SAME BED THE ENTIRE TIME AND AFTER SHOWERING THE BATH TUB AND COUNTER WAS PACKED WITH ANTS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAD CHANGED ROOMS STARTING THE 1ST NIGHT STAY OVER AT 3 DIDNT HAPPEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER SEEING THE FIRST 2 ROOMS WE WERE TO CHANGE AGAIN DIDNT HAPPEN THEN WE SAW A 3RD ROOM STILL NO CHANGE IT WAS CONTINUOUSLY TALKED ABOUT BUT NEVER HAPPENED AFTER BEING ASKED TO SEE A 4TH ROOM AND MORE TALK OF CHANGE I EVENTUALLY DECLINED REALIZING THAT IT WAS JUST A GAME BEING PLAYED BUT OVERALL I LOVED THE STAFF THEY WERE THE BEST AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN

There’s not much to say just we enjoy our stay, this Hotel is immaculate.. Great Customer service, from staff(Breakfast, cleaners and receptionists). They make you feel very comfortable. We will comeback and recommend this Hotel Amiral.

Great location and friendly staff
My daughter and i had a 4 night stay. Location was fantastic for the sights of Paris but also in a neighbourhood of its own and we found a fabulous restaurant close-by which was find of the trip! Staff we very friendly and served a good breakfast - would definitely return.

Comfortable hotel ideally located
Three day trip to Paris hotel well placed for bars restaurants etc 2 minutes to Tolbiac metro 50 metres to the Globe bar very busy sitting on street 3.50€ pint happy hour. Hotel breakfast was adequate plenty of choice reception fast and efficient swimming pool in basement warm and not busy room a good size water hot. Ideal hotel for a short stay in Paris

Over all I would give this a 6 out of 10 overall
The property is very dirty, looks like someone was sick out side our room as stain was still on carpet. Parking is great if you have a small car but my small van got stuck in the carpark and there was no where else to park other than €50 a day parking. The location is really good though as you are at the Center of most places. If your not driving it’s not a bad place to stay really just very dated. The pool is ok again just basic but does the job for a little dip.

Not a 4 star hotel
Service was curt. The bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge in the room is a big plus, but no mini bar. The room was only partially done in the morning (only the bed was made) - no new towels or toiletries. Slippers and bathrobe provided. Definitely not the advertised 4 star. Great location near Chinatown.

Amazing experience for a first timer in Paris.
This hotel was great. Perfect location, excellent service, friendly staff that spoke English. Special recognition to Abdou at the front desk and Julienne at breakfast. They were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was delicious!!!

The property was beautiful. Clean. Nice pool. The woman at the front desk at check in was amazing. She even came and helped us fix the tv that didn’t work. The man the night before we left was not at all helpful. We got pickpocketed in the metro and when I asked him to call the police he REFUSED. He told us to WALK TO THE POLICE STATION AT 11 pm. In a neighborhood we didn’t know. NOT COOL.

At the entrance, lots of dirty. Nobody feel welcome in a dirty place. The room I had selected and paid extra for was not available . Staff at noght took almost 30 minutes todo the check in. No excuses for the lack of room or any willingness to make the guest welcome at the property. Never will return

The hotel was nice, cooling system was less working well. Had a room street view, very noisy. The complimentary breakfast was ok, not North American style. The eggs were luke warm, the bacon cold be crispier, the juice and milk need to be colder. The front desk staff we're very nice and accommodating. Overall we had a good stay

The Good Good location ( Close to everything ) Counter staff spoke English The pool was decent the fresh market right out outside our hotel 2 times a week The Bad The beds were stiff as boards ( would never go back for this reason ) Our so called garden view was not much of a garden view. No A/C The Breakfast was the same everyday, not enough people eating for the hot food to be fresh They Took our robes after the the first day, asked for them back multiple times (never did get returned) Only 2 small towels provided, Had to ask for towels everyday, and it was not always possible because there was only one desk person.

Good facilities (pool, car park and dog friendly)
Car park difficult to find and narrow, but despite this our large estate car fitted in and provided peace of mind as the car was safe and secure for the time we were there. On check in we were told we only had 1 night booked. We had 2 and I provided evidence of this. The room itself was not huge but in the middle of Paris this isn't unusual. The bathroom was good, plenty of hot water, clean bathroom and working bath and shower (although the bath tub is extremely narrow). The bedroom was OK - the bed not very comfortable though and the sheets a little rough. There was dust on the bedside cabinets and the room looked unloved and in desperate need of a bit of TLC. We used the swimming pool on both days - it was empty each time. There was no charge for bringing our dog. This is why we chose the hotel - location, car park, free wifi swimming pool and pet friendly at no extra cost. Location was good, easy to walk to Notre Dame etc.

Good location, Metro a few paces away, Place d'Italie aound the corner, shopping, great access to everything you want to see in paris. 4-star rating is a bit problematic but if you get a good deal on the price (not Euro 250 per night as the standard rate seem to be) you should be able to enjoy an acceptable degree of comfort, convenience and some elegance. A bit more maintenance would not hurt. Staff speak good English. By the way the steet market on Place d'Italie (Sunday??) was one of the best ones I had seen in Paris, incredible amount and quality of cheese, wine, meat, fruit on display. Indulge your senses.

Only two staff members were accomodating on the first day of our stay. (I forgot their names, but they both were at the desk the day we arrived. The young woman was a lovely young European woman of African descent and the gentleman was tall, European of African descent). They both were very pleasant. We also were served by a young white gentleman of European descent who gave us good directions to the various sites and transportation info. Despite these few staff members who gave us good service, overall, our stay was not memorable nor as nice as it could have been. We were a family/friends group of 20 and the last night of our two night stayed decided to sit in the lounge area. The staff member on duty turned off the light on us and told us to be quiet. We were not partying, but rather conversing about the day and enjoying each other's company. We were not pleased about the level of disrespect we were shown when we were told to hush and the lights were turned off. In addition, the rooms were not the cleanest, and they did not provide the free breakfast as we were assured by Hotels.com. Prior to our arrival, I called Hotels.com several times and was told breakfast was complimentary. The hotel did not honor this and told us there was a charge. Needless to say, we had breakfast elsewhere. Overall, my experience was only mediocre and most likely, I will not come back to this hotel.
