### Beautiful bright apartment – private parking

Welcome to my bright and peaceful 62 m² apartment in Levallois, located on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to shops and restaurants, with quick access to Paris. You can also enjoy pleasant walks along the Seine or in the Parc de la Planchette.

The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for both leisure and business stays in Paris. It is especially appealing due to its proximity to popular local spots. Feel free to ask me for my favorite recommendations!  
  
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed and 2 single beds which can be arranged as a double bed if needed.  
 Guests particularly appreciate its brightness, charm, and stylish design. Heating is central and managed by the building.
