L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et chic, parfaitement situé par rapport aux sites touristiques. Il est proche du Jardin du Luxembourg, de la Tour Montparnasse et à 20 minutes à pied de Saint Michel ou Saint-Germain des Près. Parfait pour des voyageurs voulant découvrir Paris mais aussi des professionnels venant de la Gare Montparnasse. La station de métro la plus proche est Vavin, Ligne 4 et Port Royal ( à 10 min à pied). The Space: Bienvenue dans mon appartement très bien situé à 10 min du Jardin du Luxembourg et de Saint-Germain des Près. Vous serez dans le centre historique en quelques minutes et vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous ! Vous allez découvrir un quartier atypique de Paris également vivant où vous pourrez flâner dans les marchés et faire du shopping. L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur et dispose d'une exposition exceptionnelle. Il est composé d'un salon avec une cuisine toute équipée, d'une belle chambre et d'une salle de bain. La chambre est équipée d'un lit double de 1m40 et d'un coffre et de nombreux rangements. Le lit est préparé avec du linge de première qualité : 100% coton. La salle de bain dispose d'une belle douche. Vous y trouverez également un sèche-cheveux pour votre commodité! Nous fournissons du savon et du shampooing et des serviettes moelleuses. La pièce principale dispose d'un canapé lit, d'une télévision pour vous détendre après une bonne journée de marche dans tout Paris et d'un coin pour diner en tête â tête. La cuisine est toute équipée : four,micro-onde, bouilloire, machine à café, frigidaire. Nous avons également du café, du thé et du sucre à votre disposition. Je pense que c'est tout... J'aime sincèrement mon appartement et je suis très heureuse de le partager sur Airbnb. Une petite remarque : conformément à la réglementation française, nous demandons à tous les voyageurs (sauf les ressortissants français) de fournir une pièce d'identité ou un passeport en cours de validité avant l'enregistrement auprès des autorités locales - il s'agit d'une mesure simple qui garantit une arrivée en douceur ! Pendant l'entre-deux-guerres, les jardins ont été une source d'inspiration et un espace de loisirs pour toutes les classes sociales. Aujourd'hui, les jardins offrent le même espace libre au cœur de Paris. Getting Around: L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes de la station Vavin, Ligne 4 et à 10 minutes du métro Port Royal où vous pourrez prendre la ligne RER B pour vous rendre très rapidement à Gare du Nord, Les Halles, St Michel- Notre Dame de Paris ou encore Orly. Vous l'avez compris l'appartement est idéalement desservi pour visiter Paris. Grand appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Salle de douche et chambre : parfait. Seul bémol : pas d'internet de la semaine. Dû communiquer avec le locateur au moins 30 fois par courriel. Finalement, j'ai abdiqué et même le propriétaire ne comprenait pas. J'ai pu obtenir de me faire rembourser (à venir) l'achat des carte e-sim pour la durée de mon séjour.
