The Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent this charming 50 m² apartment in Paris which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises :  
\- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...  
\- Dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
