Il est doté d'une cuisine moderne, d'un salon avec canapé convertible, d'une chambre avec lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, de WC séparés et d'une connexion Internet Haut Débit (WiFi). Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. La station de métro est à seulement 100 mètres.  
  
The Space:  
Cet appartement de 50 m2, véritable bijou, se trouve à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel et du Trocadéro, dans le 16e arrondissement de Paris. Idéalement situé au rez-de-chaussée, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Les alentours regorgent de restaurants et de bars variés, et la station de métro est à seulement 100 mètres.  
  
L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine moderne et bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, lave-linge, table à manger pour 4 personnes, et tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer vos repas.  
  
Le salon est confortablement aménagé avec un canapé convertible pour deux personnes, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite.  
  
La chambre comprend un lit double et offre beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Although the apartment is clean in terms of kitchen, bed made.. Etc. There is mold in the bathroom which, to me, negates all superficial cleaning done. There were multiple attempts by strangers trying to enter the unit which made for a scary experience. Small damages here and there throughout the apartment and the walls need a good clean. Pillows and blankets were stained.
