Découvrez cet élégant appartement de 60 m2 situé au cœur de Paris 11, idéal pour 6 personnes. Niché au 2ème étage avec ascenseur d'une belle résidence, cet appartement offre un accès facile aux nombreux restaurants et bars du quartier, ainsi qu'à la station de métro située à seulement 100 mètres de metro nation  
  
L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un frigo, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un four et bien plus encore, ainsi qu'une plaque conductrice et une machine à café Dolce Gusto. Les 2 chambres sont équipées de lits doubles (160x200). Vous pourrez également profiter d'un canapé lit (140/190) confortable et d'une télévision câblée pour vous détendre.  
  
Vous trouverez également un fer et une table à repasser pour votre linge. Restez connecté grâce à l'internet haut débit (WiFi) et profitez des rangements pratiques pour ranger vos affaires.
