Close to shops and transport, this exceptional flat will be ideal for visiting Paris and its region.  
  
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this spacious and comfortable apartment offers you a space of 84 sq. m. It is composed of :  
\- a big living and dining room,  
\- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),  
\- a bedroom with a double bed,  
\- two bathrooms with shower,  
\- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer,  
\- TV, satellite, Wifi.  
  
Please note the following additional charges:  
\- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.  
\- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.  
  
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
