Séjournez dans ce charmant appartement de 35m², situé en plein cœur du 4eme arrondissement de Paris, idéal pour 4 personnes. Niché au 4 etage sans ascenseur, il offre un accès privilégié aux nombreux bars et restaurants du quartier, ainsi qu’à une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes a pieds, metro saint paul.  
  
L’appartement est doté d’une cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire, plaque à induction et machine à café Dolce Gusto. La chambre possede un lit double (160x200).Une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne. Détendez-vous dans le salon avec un canapé lit (140x190) confortable et une smart TV  
  
Un fer et une table à repasser sont à disposition

C’est un quartier vivant, central et parfaitement desservi par les transports, idéal pour découvrir Paris à pied.

L’appartement est idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied de la station Saint-Paul (ligne 1). Les stations Hôtel de Ville (lignes 1 et 11) et Pont Marie (ligne 7) sont également accessibles en 5 à 7 minutes à pied.
