It has been designed to offer comfortable accommodation for 2 people. The property is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no elevator. It is arranged as follows : \- Cosy main room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table \- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules \- Practical bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer. \- 1 comfortable toilet in the bathroom Take advantage of the many conveniences available in the apartment : \- Washing machine, Fridge, Iron, Ironing board, TV screen, free Wi-Fi \- Hotplates, Microwave oven, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso machine, Hairdryer \- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm by phone, SMS or e-mail. However, if you are due to arrive after 11pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided.
