Suite Felix is an 82 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 6 people. The property is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with elevator.

Rue Saint-Denis, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes around, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, however, the area is best known for its lively, bustling atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood.

- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy master bedroom with double bed
- Elegant bedroom 2 with 1 double bed + mezzanine with double bed
- 1 Modern bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
