« Came for a 2 night stay, the breakfast was excellent, the guest house was ideally situated between the town centre and the Pleasure Beach. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and decorated well, there were lots of extras in the bedroom. They had there own private car park at a reasonable charge. »

« Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...
