Ideal location, an easy 10-minute walk from Terminal 3. Staff assisted with checking in, easing this low-tech tourist into the hotel. Bright, pleasing colors and very interesting decor gave the room a welcoming feel. Layout was well considered, with sparkling fixtures and a very comfy bed. Will stay with them against the next time I’m going through CDG.

This pod is exactly as expected. Very small room but the room is nicely designed, functional, clean, and the bar/dining are is lively. I chose this location for convenience and location ( 5-10 mins to terminal) and it delivered. It sure beats worrying about rush hour traffic from Paris to the airport . I’d definitely stay here again.

Citizen M is a great option if you are flying out of CDG. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I experienced in France. The check in was a bit chaotic due to it being a self check in and some customers being a bit confused by the process… the staff tried to assist but they were a bit swamped. I would stay there again.

We grabbed a room at the hotel to drop our luggage(luggage storage at the airport was about $10/bag- we had 3 adults and 2 kids worth of vacation luggage) for the 6 hrs before our flight. The hotel is super cute, check in was very easy with some help from from one of the stellar(just the right amount of help) employees. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would even consider staying here for a night or two as the location has great access to public transport and because it’s outside of the airport, the Uber is cheaper. About a 5 min walk back to the airport for check in

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to terminal 3, then take a shuttle to other terminals. However we had to return a car rental and we arrived too late to return it the day before our flight departure, we wanted to talk to the car return staff receiving the car. At the hotel we noticed that you need to enter the payable parking lot even to unload the car, but if that is all you want to do the staff will let you get out without payment. Because we had to stay overnight we paid 25 euros. The following day following GPS directions to car return was not easy because the exits are too close to each other; allocate extra time for that if you are not familiar with the airport. Fortunately the car return area was at terminal 2, from which we departed. Separate from these matters, the room was very small. It had all amenities covered, but no convenient place to put 2 standard size suitcases my husband and I needed to spend 2 weeks in France.
