I was not able to make a trip due to an emergency room visit for high blood pressure which I have never had a problem b4. Have documentation to prove. Expedia did not go up to bat for me in helping to get credit/refund. Representative just read from their script. Very impersonal. Not happy at all. I could have handled better on my own but am/was too sick to deal with.
