"Avis très négatif : Hôtel à fuir ! Dès notre arrivée, on nous annonce que leur machine à carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas, alors que c’était notre unique moyen de paiement. Ils exigent en plus une caution en espèces de 100 € sans prévenir. J’ai dû refaire une réservation et payer en ligne pour pouvoir rester. Le pire arrive au check-out : ils ont gardé de l’argent de notre caution pour une chambre que nous n’avons jamais occupée ! C’est tout simplement du vol. Nous avons payé notre chambre, rendu la clé, laissé la chambre impeccable, et malgré ça, ils nous ont pris de l’argent sans raison valable. Service malhonnête, aucune transparence, zéro professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, ils profitent des clients et retiennent l’argent de façon abusive."
