This amazing brand new villa offers a unique lifestyle of tranquillity and relaxation.  
It is located within walking distance to Pernera Resort Centre and 1km from Protaras Marina.  
The villa has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms; two en-suite double bedrooms on the first floor and one more double bedroom and bathroom on the ground level.  
All bathrooms have shower cabins.  
Fully equipped, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy every minute of your holiday.  
Pool is 7 meters long and 3 meters wide with 1 meter minimum and 1.5 meter maximum depth.

#### A very nice villa

We enjoyed staying at the Villa Merope. It is a very nice place, spacious and clean. It features a lovely garden and swimming pool, and is conveniently located near the beach and the city of Protaras. The communication with the villa owners was perfect and helpful. You get all the information you need. It is, in sum, a highly recommendable place.
