### Villa Delfini 4 - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Delfini 1 is the ideal getaway for those wanting to explore the popular resort of Protaras. Located less than a 2-minute walk to nearby eateries and just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the resort, Delfini 1 is only a stone's throw from all the amenities. With three bedrooms, this white-washed property is ideal for smaller groups. Relax in style beside the refreshing pool, as you soak up the sun on one of the reclining sun loungers, surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs and palm trees, giving you that classic holiday vibe. For alfresco dining, there's a six-seater table and a portable BBQ. Why not make the most of cooking under the sun and grill up some traditional souvlakis and tasty halloumi for friends and family?   
 Inside, Villa Delfini 1 is minimalistic in style, with an open-plan living and dining room that leads onto a modern kitchen area. Patio doors allow you to bring the outside inside, as this spacious room is ideal for cooling off from the midday sun. There's even a smart TV to keep you entertained. Upstairs we find the three bedrooms, a master double boasts an ensuite shower, whilst the remaining two twin rooms share a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to their own balcony terrace and come complete with cool air conditioning.   
  
 To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 105cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The bedroom at the end of the corridor has a door width of 85cm, whilst the ensuite door is 60cm wide.
