Perfectly suited for families or small groups, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers a relaxing, private escape close to the coast of Protaras.   
  
The outdoor area is fully fenced, creating a secluded space with a private swimming pool that’s ideal for leisurely days basking in the Cyprus sun. Sun loungers and a shaded dining area complete the setup, allowing guests to enjoy meals or unwind outdoors in privacy.   
  
Inside, Villa Amesta is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The fully fitted kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.
