This charming and elegant villa is located in the Ayia Triada area, with the beach almost on your doorstep and just a few minutes drive to the resort centres of Kapparis, Pernera and Protaras. As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan ground floor living room, kitchen and dining area, surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a corner sofa and widescreen, Satellite Tv; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils and cutlery needed for your self-catering stay, and includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for 2 people.

One of the bedrooms with a double bed can also be found on this floor as well as one of the bathrooms with shower and WC

Upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and Wc. Both bedrooms have double beds, a shared balcony and offer stunning sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
